Then add the below line: <code>cp /etc/asterisk/zapata2.conf /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf;</code> just after "zapscan;" in your "etc/init.d/zaptel" file. If you need to set different contexts for analogue ports I would suggest copying your /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf file to /etc/asterisk/zapata2.conf and making the changes you need.

Then add the below line:

cp /etc/asterisk/zapata2.conf /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf;

just after “zapscan;” in your “etc/init.d/zaptel” file. (I have uploaded an example)

I think you will find your IP04 to be a lot more stable than what you experience with your current firmware if you reflash it with the latest VoIPtel CE firmware. And we have added several new features like voicemail to email, tftp server, an online Admin manual +++. The VoIPtel CE firmware is available for free download from our site.
